He had the right to be there. It was public property. He had the right to carry the sign he carried. If we don’t stand up for our rights (whether it’s free speech, freedom of religion, right to bear arms, or any of them), we ARE going to lose them.

had the obligation to act like a decent citizen. he acted like he was having a bad trip on acid. any cop with any sense would have tried to lead him away. he was disturbing the peace.
