Two boys, ages 12 and 13, were arrested early Saturday in an attempted robbery in Little Rock in which a man was pulled out of his car and beaten, police said.
The attack happened about 4:15 a.m., after Jamel Johnson, who was driving with his girlfriend, Jelisa Cooper, was flagged down near West 22nd and South Brown by someone who tried to sell Johnson drugs, police said.
At 4:15 AM, where were was the parents parent!?!

I bet their dads are really going to be mad.
OK, what were Jamel and Jelisa doing out at 4:15 AM anyways?
Just cruisin’ I guess.
I kinda think that if you roll the window down in a neighborhood where kids are the lookouts and front men for the local dealers, YOU are there for a BUY.
Things went bad and Jamel got a beat down.
But remember, don’t snitch!
(and does ANYONE in this story have a W-2 income?)
You think his parents care? The boy’s only purpose is to qualify the house-hold for government hand-outs.
Too bad they can’t publish names and pics of juvies. Their respective WASP nuclear families would be SO mortified...
Must have been big 12 or 13 year olds.
