Simple: You are silly, because if a guy named Robert Black gave up his prescription drug health benefit, very few people on the political left would be caught, and people who share your characteristics would get a free Predator invisibility suit, and you would then be difficult to apprehend.

What the judges see is about equal numbers of blacks and whites, and smart judges know that when just 13% of the population generates 50% of the crime, they have a serious problem the 87% of the population generating the other 50% of the crime doesn't have.
The cops and local prosecutors simply are not letting 80% of white (includes Hispanic) criminals go loose while they are sending 100% of black criminals to prison.
Do you understand how difficult it would be to create that situation ~ first of all you'd need to get to all the black cops and prosecutors in the country (and there are a bunch of these guys Fur Shur) and get them to cooperate ~ which really isn't likely.
Some people make the mistake in believing that the population in this country is about half white and half black. I've met such folks and they are really difficult to deal with ~ they all vote Democrat too!
The truth is the judicial system is NOT hiding enormous numbers of white criminals.

OF COURSE the drug war is racist. It started out that way (explicitly) and has maintained racial disparity as it evolved.
BUT, since you jerks go around crying “racism” at anything that moves, you have totally lost your credibility. So give it up, no one is going to listen to you.
Again, just to remind you, your own stats show very similar levels of illicit drug use e.g. 9.2 percent for blacks versus 8.1 for whites.
You’ll have to show me exactly where you get precisely those numbers.
Oh, and break out the Hispanics from the “white” categories.

Did it ever occur to you that the higher rate of violent crime commited by blacks on blacks is what generates the cause for being in court, and that drug use is just a plea down to avoid conviction on a more serious charge.
Let me restate it this way, if you have the same rates of armed robbery among whites as you do blacks, then every 7th armed robber would be a black. Turns out the rates are quite different. This gives the black criminals far more opportunities to plea bargain down to a drug charge.
The jails end up with roughly equal numbers of black and white armed robbers with most of the "white" actually being Hispanic.
