Yes, it is man’s choice, but God knows what our choices are going to be before He creates us, doesn’t He? You are trying to negate man's free will and blame God. We've been round this circle yesterday.
God created children to love and be loved. Not all children are obedient. They CHOOSE sin. God has nothing to do with their choice. They will either turn to God or they won't. God forces no one.
