Well, I would have a hard time controlling myself if I came face to face with them. I share your feelings regarding how disgusting and vile they are. But, we live in a world of laws and it sounds like the law is going to go after them.
When our justice system and social composition deteriorates, undoubtedly due to weak and partial leadership coupled with declining morality, you get to the point that vigilantism starts to gain a foothold, and what's left of society begins to take matters into it's own hands.
