I haven't seen any of them. According to the rest of the article minorities aren't applying and when they do they score low. So the judge has basically ordered quotas.

That’s the real issue we face as a people. Changing elected politicians is easy enough. Downsizing the bureaucracy and removing its stranglehold over American life is quite another.
