This is a great deal of theoretical situation for me to make legal decisions about, when I have zero legal training or knowledge.
If a homosexual or normal person uses his or her apartment for something that can only be called prostitution, whether money is involved or not, the owner of the apartment should be allowed to eject such persons.
I agree that it is complicated. That’s why I kind of like a don’t ask, don’t tell policy.
