The article doesn't state that. It simply says The party adopted an official platform in June that keeps a long-held position in support of making homosexual acts illegal,

The public versus private is what I would support.

Nobody was ever charged under the law

Then you have no argument.

But that's not what the Montana GOP is advocating. Would you oppose their proposal because of that?

And no doubt you would have Montana do a better job the next time around.
