1. This is NOT - again, NOT - about what people do in private.
It is about public sodomy and promotion of sodomy.
2. The SCOTUS decision of TX vs Lawrence was nothing but Big Government interference in states’ rights. TX had a law making sodomy illegal. Two homosexuals (actually three) made a fake scene and called 911 trying to lure cops to witness the sodomy and then push the case to the SCOTUS. They had to try three times before it worked. Now the states have less power and the Fedgov has more.
That is not small gov, it is overweening Huge Government forcing the legitimacy of perversion on all the states whether they want it or not.
It is about public sodomy and promotion of sodomy.
Well, I think it depends upon what you mean by private. Suppose you and your children live in an apartment in Butte and several nights each week your next door neighbor (an interior decorator) goes out, picks up and brings home a different cowboy, and your children are forced to listen to the sounds of their perverted activities next door. Then, the next morning, as your children are leaving for school, they have to confront these different people.
Do you consider that private or would you agree to consider prosectution in such a case?
