The best-case scenario is that O'Donnell wins and that once sworn in she does exactly what Jim DeMint tells her to do and does not deviate in the slightest from her instructions.

The problem is that, much like Sanford, she is an unstable personality and something could go drastically wrong. She spent 5 years of her life suing an employer over gender discrimination - 5 years in which she was unemployed and basically spent all her time obsessing over the injustice of her firing. That kind of pathology is going to mean something.

Does this mean you're a troll too? Or, does it mean you don't have your head up your @ss? Whistling past the graveyard is NOT an endearing trait for conservatives. Too few don't understand that simple fact, apparently.

Larry Craig had a life-time ACU rating of 96. But, all the signs of his perverted behavior were there. But, they were ignored because he repeated the right lines. How did that turn out?

Now, I can't speak with reasonable certainty over the unemployment span and the meaning. However, five years in a lawsuit is unfortunately more common then not, especially in employment law. Swift justice is a fallacy. Regarding, the obession over the injustice, an attorney will make sure you are constantly in the game regarding your suit requesting the same information and more information over and over again through filing, to discovery, to interragatories, to depositions, to mediation, to the end. They have a vested interest in your pain and, dare I say, a continuous suffering.
