Yep....saw this coming when Bo took office and the team he arranged to oversee this whole “thing” he has now put in motion. Hard to imagine the degree of control this administration is bent on taking and the agenda to crush this country and it's freedoms. Mind-boggling doesn't say enough....2012 is our only hope and there will be great damage done before we get there. The most we can expect to do is slow this down, but with so much being done outside the peoples awareness until after the fact...we need to just realize it's going to get worse before we can turn this ship around.

I am really looking forward to all of the indictments and trials once we Americans take our government back.

America's stewardship of the ocean, our coasts, and the Great Lakes is intrinsically linked to environmental sustainability, human health and well-being, national prosperity, adaptation to climate and other environmental changes, social justice...
That's as far as I needed to read.

Here’s the meat of it:

The word “congress” does not occur even once in this EO.
This is another structure put in place to eliminate our elected representatives.

foster a public understanding of the value of the ocean, our coasts, and the Great Lakes to build a foundation for improved stewardship. (b) The United States shall promote this policy by: (i) ensuring a comprehensive and collaborative framework for the stewardship of the ocean, our coasts, and the Great Lakes that facilitates cohesive actions across the Federal Government, as well as participation of State, tribal, and local authorities, regional governance structures, nongovernmental organizations, the public, and the private sector; (ii) cooperating and exercising leadership at the international level; (iii) pursuing the United States' accession to the Law of the Sea Convention; and (iv) supporting ocean stewardship in a fiscally responsible manner.
Does this mean that the Russian will still be able to enter the Great Lakes and dump their non-native species into the water?

This is why his presidency MUST be declared illegal. All his dictatorship activity must be nullified out of hand. Not a “Natural Born” is crucial.

I read this was going to happen a month or so back. It’s Obongo’s back door approach to the UN’s Law Of The Sea Treaty (LOST). Never could make it through the proper steps to join onto this nightmare of a treaty, so he’ll just proclaim it.
Further words fail me.

The first thing the next President of the United States must do is to rescind all EO’s issued by Obama. Can be done with the stroke of a pen. Could even do it with a single EO:
“This EO hereby rescinds all EOS issued by Barack Hussein Obama.”
Basically, these EO’s should become a campaign issue.

Since he has now declared himself Trident of the Oceans, Pres__ent Bitch needs to EO gravity down to a weaker force. It's too hard.
Women and fat minorities hardest hit.
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.

Establishment of National Ocean Council. (a) There is hereby established the National Ocean Council (Council).Defund this until it can be eliminated. As a matter of fact, if we can get enough Americans to understand what's happening, we can defund everything Oboma has done until 2012. Instead of wasting it on Obomas Marxists policies, they can pass that savings back to the tax payers and businesses who desperately need it to correct the democrats failing economic policies.
Defund Oboma, and save the American free market.

Executive order pertain only to the internal operatons of the Executive Branch of the government. The President cannot make law. No one is obligated to follow them except those in the Executive Branch.
