Bill Maher -- on whose former show, "Politically Incorrect," O'Donnell appeared repeatedly in the late 1990s -- showed a previously unaired clip from Oct. 29, 1999, on his current HBO program, "Real Time,":
O'DONNELL: I dabbled into witchcraft -- I never joined a coven. But I did, I did. ... I dabbled into witchcraft. I hung around people who were doing these things. I'm not making this stuff up. I know what they told me they do. [...]
One of my first dates with a witch was on a satanic altar, and I didn't know it. I mean, there's little blood there and stuff like that. ... We went to a movie and then had a midnight picnic on a satanic altar.
Maher said he will show a previously unaired clip every week until O'Donnell appears on his show. "It's like a hostage crisis," Maher said. "Every week you don't show up, I'm going to throw another body out."

I'm not being sarcastic!
So? Michelle says she dabbled with Vajay jay.

I saw the episode last night. Big deal, Christine was talking about her college days when she was quite clear she did unhealthy stuff before she was born again. This sounded quite unspectacular and half-joking. But, yes, in her Christian activist days in the nineties she went on Bill Maher a lot and she was quite confessional. Bill has a ton of old clips.
It was the rest of that hour that was jaw-dropping. Bill goes on with Mikey Moore and they basically commiserate on how dumb and bigoted and unenlightened we Americans are and how smart and amazing they are. He unleashed another obscenity-laced diatribe of juvenile insults against the “tea-baggers”.
He spends so much time cutting down just about everybody not as smart and hip and cool as he is. I’m amazed he can still pull together a studio audience, it was even more disgusting and unfunny than usual. I imagine people watch it only to see what a human lizard looks and sounds like.
When she said this, "Charmed" and the first "Harry Potter" book was all the rage, especially among high school and college kids the same age as her. Your comment actually is germane.
Maher is the epidemy of hate filled arrogance. He thinks he is smarter than the rest of us. He knows best FOR US. His life is a complete mess but he can run ours better than we can. /s
Aren’t we not supposed to bring up that Obama went to a Muslim Madrassa when he was young? What’s the difference?
You are making a very good point. Teens have been courted for this darkness for decades, never more than right now. It sounds like she fell into the trap of that in her youth.
She THEN changed her life and her Religion!! God Blessed her.
Just what I was thinking. The libs should love her for this.
When you have to stoop this low to be "funny" you need to STOP.
Sounds like the type of confession you hear at any good old fashion Tent Revival.
Church pews are full of people who use to dabble in Ouija boards, astrology, spells, porno, theft, prostitution, alcoholism, cheating, etc. THANK GOD Because, if Jesus only invited the righteous their wouldnt enough people in Church to turn on the lights.
The question to always shoot back is: Is O'Donnell going to enslave me to government or set me free to pursue my own life? What personal issues she had in her own life and her own journey are not my concern.
Me-chelle Obama wants to tell me what to eat, when to poop, when to wake up, when to go to work, etc.
How many people haven’t had a bad date?
So did C.S. Lewis, before he accepted the Savior.
Then you’ll love that episode, cause Fat Bastard was on too, long-distance. Among other things he went whole hog (irony intended) about his pro-9/11 mosque fund-raising website—which should have the $100mil raised in about 600 years and what wussies we all were for not wanting the mosque. They basically admitted that America disagreed with them and that we Americans were all a bunch of bigoted dummies.
I don’t know what kind of “comedy” show stays on through basically calling us all mean names but HBO keeps him on.
People like him think that if they expose the sins of a Christian, the Christian is shown to be a hypocrite. Christians already know they are sinners and need Christ to overcome sin and so the people he is trying to horrify and turn against her are actually seeing him as being mean and hateful and lacking any understanding of what it means to be a Christian and overcome. In his view Christians think they are better than everyone else and look down on sinners so he must expose them. He has no respect for good. He prefers to uncover mud from long ago and make her look like a hypocrite. The truth is, she has come a long way in overcoming. Good for her!
