I suspect Kim Jong-il would resort to extreme measures to make him look good at the party conference if he does appear. Everytime he does that, he is shortening his life, because it will put undue strain on his body.

In addition to heavy dialysis, he has to take some kind of stimulant to boost his physical outlook, at least for a few hours.

The more frequent he has to show up at public gathering for extended period of time, the worse his health becomes. If he drinks or smoke a lot at these gatherings, it is even better (for us.) Everytime I hear Kim Jong-il drink hard liquor or drink for hours, I tend to smile because the guy is lopping off months or even a year off his life when he does that.

Yes, I guess that he is doped in order to stay up for a while, sooner or later he will collapse together with his country. When he is doped there is a high probability that he will say something that the others will interpret as an order and this will cause havoc.
