While I like it and agree with its sentiments, I think people would view my actions as a form of “judicial tyranny.”
For example, I would demand that the “no weapons” signs on my courthouse be taken down and *ALL* such weapon restrictions on freemen would be removed. {Consider that the the prisoner, by definition, is not a freeman; I would do this so as to be in accordance with Article 2, Sec 6 of the State Constitution.}
I would, if I could, initiate legal action against the local University for violating the rights of students/employees.visitors under this law:

I would also initiate, again if I could, action against the state for many of it’s Statutes concerning weapons [which you’ll see I’ve gotten worked up on this very thread over].
I would throw out ANY case that came across my desk when a police officer seized evidence w/o the authority of a warrant.
Basically I’d try my best to “be a f-ing dick” about making the state toe the line on the State Constitution.
