The department's handling of a voting rights case from Shelby County, Ala., has been so slipshod as to invite questions of its legal competence across the board. Sounds like attorneys were selected for their ideology rather than objective competence.

I believe we should contact our congressmen and call for his firing or resignation over the Justice Department’s actions regarding the military’s vote.

Sounds like attorneys were selected for their ideology rather than objective competence. Not much doubt about it, they more than likely made it plain they'd be lapdogs of Obama/Holder.
