In the most anticipated speech at today's Values Voter Summit in Washington, Delaware's new GOP Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell ignited the Omni Shoreham ballroom with a tangible buzz. She strode onto the stage to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'," with orange spotlights sweeping the room. (None of the other afternoon speakers got a light show.) The packed crowd gave her an enthusiastic standing ovation, continuing to applaud long after she took the podium.

"That’s the point. Christine O’Donnell has no resume."

Yes. That's exactly the point. We are sick of pols with "resumes," whose entire lives have been to get and hold power. Personally, I'm ready for any 30 people from the phone book, INCLUDING Ms. O'Donnell.

Seriously, GOP-ELITIST Lady, exactly what are the qualifications, according to you, to be elected to the senate? The only qualification to be president is 35 years of age and a natural born citizen. Are you saying the qualifications to be a senator are more stringent than to be president?

If she is such a terrible candidate, why she handily defeat your multi million dollar RINO despite his having the backing of the entire RINO establishment, state and national?

>>>I’ll say it.

Christine O’Donnell is a terrible candidate.

Her lack of experience does not warrant her to be elected to the United States Senate.<<<

Hmmm, 8 years with the RNC under Haley Barbour, she learned more than you think...

She is right on the issues - and will stand her ground!

Christine’s unflinching positions:

Pro-Constitution - Pro-National Defense - Pro-Life -
Pro-Family - Pro-Second Amendment - Pro-States Rights -
Pro-Border Security - Pro-Free Market - Pro-Freedom -
Anti-High Taxes - Anti-Big Government - Anti-ObamaCare.

(Aren’t these the values we said we are looking for?)

Ummm, Ohio - main one I think that they gave us - Mr. Tin Hat - Dennis Kucinich - sorry, couldn’t resist that.

Actually, GOP lady is the perfect name. Myself, I don’t identify myself and “gop”. I’m conservative first.

“So either way you Roveites here are creating a lose-lose position for yourselves.”

In all fairness I have never seen her endorse Rove.

I have only seen her promote Mitt Romney, of all of the current politicians in the GOP.

She’s not a rovebot. She’s a Romneybot. The Romney folks seem to have gotten it into their heads that if they smear Christine O’Donnell and make her lose, they can make Palin look bad and help their slimeball scumbag piece of trash hero of a candidate.

I’ll wager that’s part of what’s behind some of the inexplicable positions of the punditry as well.

GOP_Lady is not a “Lady” at all. Just a GOP hack.

Who were those brave men who sacrificed to much to establish the framework on which his wonderful country was founded. Were they socialites, professors or elitists? No, they were everyday people, farmers, builders and common merchants. They loved this country more than themselves spurred by a desire for freedom and liberty. They had little experience but they did have principles.

Still waiting.

She is such a “terrible candidate” yet with a budget of under $100,000 she kicked your pet RINO’s butt despite his having a multimillion war chest and the complete backing for the GOP Establishment.

Instead of screaming the RNC directed slogans, try actually prying open your welded shut mind and watch the speech

Like I said, I have NEVER said what I am saying now about ANY GOP candidate, and I think that says something.

What was Hillary Clinton’s “experience” before being elected “Sinatour” for New York?

What was Obama’s “experience” for being elected sinator from IL? For being elected present and teleprompter in chief?

What was the dead guy’s “experience” when he was elected from St Louis for Missouri so his wife could be appointed?

What was Murkowski’s “experience” when she nominated for AK senator?

What was Franken’s “experience” before election?

You’re are making no sense.

"...so how could I expect her to represent me?..."

Sounds like most of the rest of us believe that she could represent us 10x better than Castle, Coons or Bite-me.

PeopleSpeak wins again!

Isn’t it remarkable that candidates who lose elections, then decide to run in a write-in election (in other elections, not this one) while ignoring the voice of the People who Speak at the polls somehow consider themselves “in touch and connected” with the very voters they try to dance around to try to get themselves elected anyway!!?
