No, parents have not relinquished anything; Government Education has forcefully taken the authority through power, intimidation and bullying of the State. If you do not believe this, just look at the many programs intended to neutralize the parent and the family.
I will standby the point, if the father contacted the school and they did nothing on the first complaint…considering several points, this child is disabled, they are in charge of the child’s welfare, they have video recorders on the bus...
