Yes. That is true. But by the time that finally happens, elections won't matter anymore and for "D's" and "I's" it will be too late! =)
Just party affiliation on a voter registration is not enough. How many of the "I" population are:
- conservatives frustrated with the RINO establishment in DE today and are sending a passive message of disapproval?
- conservatives who hide behind the "I" in a blue state to prevent confrontation in personal and business situations?
There are sometimes more circumstances than appear on the surface. I do not know of any specific instances in DE, but know of people who have done these very things.
