More violence in Indy. My relatives there tell me the city is going downhill fast. Sure looks like it.

Just one story garden apartments with onsite parking ~ 4 apartments in a unit, and only 4 parking places. A situation like this is just crying out for a dispute.

I've been in this neighborhood ~ it's been "redeveloped" from an older residential area.

Now if there are enough Kentuckians and "bills" in the area they'll cut ye.

No doubt you are thinking it's just a black area, but that's true more North and East these days.
