You got me....how's that?
For example, in a thread about 2 weeks ago, the police asked a mentally challenged/confused man about a crime. HE DID NOT COMMIT the crime, as was proven by DNA evidence later.
However, they tricked him, by telling him some details about a crime, and then asked him how he would have committed it. He said so, and they used it as a guilty confession.
The need for judicial reform is overpowering. It’s really agitating how people are willing to rant and rave about the legislative and executive branches, but give an undeserved and moronic pass to the judicial (not directed at you). The fact is people are made into political prisoners all the time, and people need to understand that after testing out the process on people that don’t have the economical means to fight their case, they’ll be coming after anyone they deem to be their enemies.
