I am less interested in WHERE people come from and more interested in WHAT people stand for. Being born poor and knowing the struggles of “ordinary folks” is not necessarily a virtue. Some of the kindest people I know, folks who would do anything for you, are from wealthy families.

Actually I dont care a lick about whether or not someone was born into privilege. Like you said, its the foundation of principals that determines more who they are. I do, however, find that many times when someone has pulled themselves up from little have a certain base of principals and work ethic. Obviously there are always the exceptions that can be pointed to.
