Correct you are. I have never bought into the whole "architect" label. Less than a few hundred votes in Florida separated Bush and Gore, and less than 12k in Ohio stood between Bush and Kerry. Not exactly resounding victories, yet the so-called pundits continue to laud The Butterball as a political solon.
