Sarah Palin on Jim DeMint: It's all good
Politico ^ | 9/15/10 | Andy Barr

Posted on 09/15/2010 6:04:46 PM PDT by pissant

Sarah Palin on Wednesday moved to quash any talk of a rivalry between her and fellow conservative grassroots hero Sen. Jim DeMint.

The former Alaska Republican governor and the South Carolina senator have both endorsed a number of conservative candidates – including newly-minted Delaware Senate nominee Christine O’Donnell – party power brokers in Washington have shied away from, prompting speculation that the two are competing to build power structures outside of the GOP establishment.

Asked about the theory during an interview with Fox News, Palin denied that any such rivalry exists.

Andy Barr is a whore searching for a poodle so he can bend over and flip up his dress.

“DeMint/Bolton 2012”

Sounds nice, but neither of them have the charisma or star power that Sarah has and they don’t draw nearly as large crowds as Sarah does either.

SARAH is our best bet for 2012!

I didn't think DeMint was going to run there for a while. BUT, with the way he's been operating the past month, and especially the last two weeks, I think the chances of him running have increased exponentially.

America could do a WHOLE lot worse than a President DeMint.

I’m glad to see my guy get promoted to V.P., but what happened to Arpaio?

You giving up on Duncan Hunter? What a fair-weather supporter!

Did everyone see that Mitt weighed in and endorsed O'Donnell? Talk about risk taking!

Mitt has been awfully quiet lately. I’d sure love to see him NOT gum up 2012 with his presence. I’m sure that is wishful thinking on my part.

If “Precious” didn’t have the courage to step up and endorse O’Donnell, would DeMint have endorsed her? Just asking.

Joe is too old for VP. I’d take him as prez though. But VP would be a waste of his talents. He’d better serve us as Homeland Security poobah.

Sorry dudes, it was either yesterday or the day before and DeMint said his is not interested in the presidency. He wants to focus on getting the Senate squared away and that won’t happen until at least after the next election cycle. Bolton is a diplomat, not a legislator and he freely acknowledges that fact as well. Now Secretary of Sate? I’m sure he would love to get into that slime ridden snakepit to doa little swamp draining there.

Look at the bright side pissant, your life won’t get boring until you come up with another pipe dream solution.

Sorry, but DeMint has a towering intellect. Palin may not be a dummy...but she isn’t in DeMint’s league.

Talk about Bolton is sheer nonsense.

DeMint/Bolton 2012

Would bring some gravitas along with solid experience to the White House. We’ve had enough newbies with little to no experience running the show.

“I am thankful that Jim DeMint is so bold and courageous that he is getting out there and making these endorsements, too,” Palin added. “No competition there, at all.”

On the other hand, zero is leading us to hell with a very mellifluous voice... What are we voting for, principles or a voice over for a TV commercial?
