WATERBURY Former Gov. John G. Rowland, the city's economic development coordinator, has negotiated a one-year contract to host a radio show on WTIC-AM (1080).
He plans to make the announcement at 7:20 a.m. today on the Ray Dunaway Morning Show.
Rowland will co-host the "evening drive" slot from 3 to 6 p.m. on weekdays. His co-host will be the Rev. Will Marotti, senior pastor of the New Life Church in Meriden. Their first show will be Thursday.

Sounds like they’re taking a page from the Boston talk radio market—where disgraced pols regularly chat in the drive hour.
Felon Radio is really popular in New England.

It seems in New England there are only two types of politicians—those convicted of felonies and those who have not yet been tried for their felonies.
They could have—if they wanted to do so—but WTIC probably discovered that the Rogue Rowland works for less.
Howie could have great fun with McMahon-Blumenthal. He could kick it off with the 70-year-old Dem operative’s bomb threat called in on a McMahon fundraiser: MA and RI don’t have a monopoly on moonbats!
