Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Steven Terry is among those that have been arrested, one of his lawyers said this morning. At least eight arrests were expected.
By 8:15 a.m. today, all but three of the suspects had been taken from the FBI building to the Federal Courthouse for arraignment.
Prosecutors also filed charges against Samir Mohammad, a top aide to former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank Russo, union plumber Robert Rybak, Jerry Skuhrovec,who has worked part-time for the auditor, and businessmen Michael Gabor and William Neiheiser.
8 total people were arrested, including 2 judges. 31 counts in the inditment, mostly relating to the bribery and tax evasion that has been directed at Jimmy. BTW, to you see Jimmy 2 fingers flip the bird to the assembled media has he pulled into federal court? Classy isn’t it!!!
Time for the feds to go take control of all the homes on the Lake Erie Islands that were built on our dime, where these losers spent mote time than actually working!!!
So we have the election for the reformed county government in 48 days. If voters want to continue the 25 year stranglehold of screwing us, vote for Ed Fitzgerald and Dem majority in the council. If we want to really turn things around here, we have to vote for Matt Dolan and Rep majority in the council. There is no other choice!! And another thing, time to go around town to all the welfare offices and point out those people, who haven’t had government or for that matter, any kind of job for generations who continue to steal our money with no checks or balances to stop it!!
