I remember Dick Armey saying, on one of the radio talk shows that the earmark spree in 2006 was Architect Rove’s idea. But you know how rumors fly, it’s hard to remember who said what, and who is telling the truth, for that matter. I’m sure Karl could SPIN away from that accusation like an NBA point guard.

Rush helped, but a poll came out before today had her ahead.

I think the momentum has been building for days, starting with Palin’s endorsement and ending with Rush today.

Not sure that Rove was ever an objective analyst, but if these allegations are true, I would support removing him from FOX news...

As Bush’s brain, the corpulent Rove is responsible for Obama’s presidency. Rove has done immeasurable damage to the GOP and doesn’t seem to be inclined to stop.

Karl Rove was full of spite, contempt and too damn angry to not have had an interest in Castle’s campaign, one way or another.

Rove and the old boys’s establishment hold no influence or sway within Tea Party Express and Armey’s so-called tea party is nothing more than his personal Freedom Works PAC.

Rove has never been a fan of Sarah Palin, and he would have loved to take her down a notch tonight via Christine O’Donnell. Charles Krauthammer had already fired his shot at Sarah Palin (and Senator DeMint) the night before.

It’s time for the punditry that’s “supposedly on our side” to either sit down and shut-up, or start being solidly on our side.

Time to stand up and defend Sarah Palin from all the vicious smears and attacks!

Time to promote Sharron Angle, Nikki Haley, Susana Martinez, Christine O’Donnell, Joe Miller, Rand Paul, and all the other winning candidates, instead of allowing the MSM define them and call them “extreme”. They’re CONSERVATIVES, for crying out loud.

Cornyn must go. And, frankly, it is time to talk seriously about Primary challengers for him, he has been a nightmare.

I watched the replay to make certain I heard him right.
Unfortunately, I heard him right the first time.

Do you know what this reminds me of? 2004 when Dick Morris kept insisting the the ‘rats were going to take the house.

He kept insisting, and got rather nasty about it.

So...after he was wrong and lost on election day, FNC didn’t have him back on the air until at least 6 months later.

I think Rove should be banished forever. He is obviously still an operative, and not unbiased.

Rove is a Progressive Republican.....just like Bush. They follow the same agenda as bambi—just not on steroids, because they couldn’t have gotten away with it in the Republican party they usurped.

Bambi, being black, helped push their agenda forward a lot quicker, because Demorats were openly socialistic anyway—no resistance from within the party against the Marxists. We need to get rid of all the RINO’s and reclaim the party or start a new one.

The Limbaugh Rule: Vote for Most Conservative Candidate in Primary

We still have people who think that professional Washington politicians are the way to fix this, and clearly it isn't. Some of these people are citing the Buckley Rule.

Now, I can honestly say that I know what the Buckley Rule is. I can honestly say I knew William F. Buckley and Buckley was a friend of mine.

The Buckley Rule is, ostensibly, that you vote for the most electable conservative option against a Democrat in November. You vote for the Republican, slash, conservative who can win. To me, this requires clairvoyance, as is being currently applied in the Mike Castle-Christine O'Donnell race in Delaware, to use an example.

The polling data is that Castle will win big and O'Donnell will lose big. If she gets the Republican nomination today, if she wins the election she'll lose big. The polls say she'll lose by 25 points; that Castle will win by 20 points.

But who knows this?

The election's a long time off. In a year like this, it seems to me that Americanism versus socialism can make up 25 points. Why the hell not try to? Is what I don't understand. Why not try to make up the 25 points?

Okay, let's just assume that it's correct. Let's assume that Christine O'Donnell is down in the polls, Democrat polls, by the way, by 25 points. Okay, fine. If she's the best option we have to stop what's going on once she gets to Washington, why not try to make up the 25 points?

We got socialism, communism, liberalism on the ropes. It's too risky? Let me tell you something. It's worth the risk. We're talking about saving the [blank] damn country. What do you mean, too risky?

The same goes for Cornyn. I know he won’t resign his Senate seat, but after behaving the tacky way he did tonight, he should be outta his leadership position, too.

Given all of the bad endorsements he’s made on the NRSC’s behalf, he needs to be fired.

He, Steele .. totally ineffective. They don’t
deserve to keep their posts and their power.

I watched the replay to make certain I heard him right.

Watched the replay also, made me and my wife madder the second time around. Never did like Rove all that much, now I think of him less than I think of McCain and his girlfriend Lindsey......that's real low.
Think Sean was getting a little miffed with him also.

I agree...they are both totally ineffective...and at times appear to be working against us.

That’s why I have hope that the masses are going to require that they be held accountable and replaced.

It’s been said that this will be/has been a season of exposure.

Lordy...it’s been beyond my wildest expectations!
