I am so happy that you like him. You can have him. The so-called victories for the most part were razor thin and could have been much bigger if Bush and Rove had practiced a bit of the conservative politics that they preached.

They were not razor thin victories in the Congress and Senate levels. We expanded (took back the Senate in 2002) but expanded on our majorities in Congress in 2000, 2002, and 2004. I don't believe that was ever done before by the parting controlling the WH.
