As you are finding out, most here don’t care. We remember what happened when Republicans had a majority. We remember the Jim Jeffords, and the Chafee’s and the Arlen Specter’s. Majority isn’t worth having if they set the rules and they dictate what is allowable. There are two senators to a state. 5o states. Are we really going to pretend it’s impossible to hold a CONSERVATIVE majority in the United States Senate and that we must have people like Castle? There are 30 states that are conservative or lean that way at least. Delaware may not be one of those but there is no way I’m giving those like Lindsey Graham or McCain more help when they aren’t even representing their more conservative states well.

“Sorry to say it, but we just handed Delaware to the Dems.”

So what are you going so that does not happen? Are you going to help Christine by maybe donating to her campaign?

I would lime to second and square that bullshit call. I can visualize a 51-49 senate swung back dem by a “principled stand” by of these worthless RINOS. Maybe ODonnell wins, maybe she doesn’t, but this primary season has shown squishy assholes like Graham and Cornyn that ridiculous compromises that they are not safe. Conservative or Extinct I say!!!!!

Christine can win in November if she wins over independents. She doesn’t need ‘rat support.

Let’s be a little more precise here, Fox has called it for her. The polls closed ten minutes ago.

Polls closed at 8, you posted at 9:32, let's be a little more precise here.

The issue of whether or not Castle is a dem (or RINO) or not is irrelevant to me.

Conservative means different things in different parts of the country, but there is only one Senate Majority leader.
If he was more likely to win against the Dem in Delaware, the more likely we have Republican Senate Majority leader directing policy/agenda.

That matters to me more, and it should matter to you.

O’Donnell may have won the battle, but her personal issues will lose the war.

Go back and tell your RINO buddies that we vote on principle.
Funny, we heard the same thing about Murkowski too lol.

Also, GOP Establishment hacks and moles....let them know that conservatives are going to vote for conservatives and principle. You guys might want to take advantage of that and win the mid term elections.

It’s not up to me. It’s up to O’Donnell to attract dem votes in Delaware (since they are majority).

Buckley voted for Goldwater when he ran rather than Rockefeller iirc. Bill B voted for Reagan in ‘76 when conventional wisdom said RR could not win.

You misunderstand his philosopy about “the most conservative candidate who can win”. This cycle, O’Donnel can win

Yeah, I don't buy this "she can't win" crap at all. But here are the facts folks: WHOEVER we put in is going to have to gird his or her loins for a major fight. Even if we win BOTH houses, it will be a dogfight with the Messiah, so you better make sure that anyone you have in there is in there to FIGHT, and not to "cross the aisle" and vote with the Dems.

A very determined minority which is only a few votes away from a majority is vastly more desirable than a wishy-washy majority in which every important vote allows one or two RINOs to conveniently shoot down your legislation.

" You know, even if you're right, I tell you what else we did. We handed abject fear to establishment Republicans. And that's worth its weight in gold, in my book. "

I'm right there with you. We give OD all we have, win or lose.

However, the ULTIMATE target was the elusive RINO.

Never Again will a RINO run under the GOP flag. Never.

40% of them do.

Trouble is, 40% doesn’t win.
