Frank Wolf (R-10, VA) also voted for the procedure; he didn’t support impeachment by any stretch of the imagination.

Spin it however you like, you’re not going to convince me that voting with the leftists like Rangel and Waters and the rest of their ilk against 90% of his Republican colleagues is somehow a plus in his conservative credentials.
