You would have to add a section for all the Czars in addition to the Cabinet members.
True, plus there would have to be more Cabinet members than this test lists.
On the other hand though, if more Americans really understood and voted for the Consitution rather than party politics, would we even have Obama let alone all his Czars???? Your Czar point affirms why this test is needed!
