NY-23 used to be a rare GOP Congressional seat in NY. The GOP picked Scuzzy, the Tea Party picked Hoffman. The seat is now a rat seat Rush. Stop using Scuzzy as proof for a conservative surge...The GOP is enjoying an anti-Obama surge.

Scuzzy, in a whining temper tantrum, backed the DEMOCRAT when she dropped out and Hoffman still narrowly lost.

But, Hoffman may get another shot at it in today's primary.

My point is don’t use NY-23 as an example of “Conservatism wins every time it’s tried.” The Tea Party elected a rat in NY-23.
