We both know he isn't.

I can’t agree that that’s the right answer. That way, we invite an endless debate over what may be banned and encourage violence.
It’s time to affirm, not erode, our personal freedoms.

How about not allowing the United States military to burn Bibles?
To: FrogMom
If burning the Koran is banned, and burning the Bible or Torah or any other holy book is not, then the federal government has become illegitimate, and “when in the course of human events” that happens, it must be replaced. By force of the people, if necessary.

Beyer said in an interview with NBC that he thought it was good to have Supremes with real life experiences on the court. claiming their decision would take into account citizens real life situations.
Now am I halucinating or is the #1 job of the Supremes to interpret the Constitution?

Only if hes also open to banning flag burning!Exactly! It's double or nothing. There's no logical distinction, Constitutionally speaking, between burning the Flag and burning the Koran. Of course, Breyer being a Liberal means logic might not apply.

Only if hes also open to banning flag burning! Next time someone burns a flag, trample the spectators to death, and cut the heads off the burners.

Liberals are climbing over each other to prove they're the most 'compassionate'. What fools. This isn't about how they feel about themselves - it's about the law. Or should be about the law...

I’m open to impeaching SCOTUS members that have more in common with Marxist dogma than the Constitution they are supposed to be ruling on.
