President Barack Obama has long sought to open a dialogue between his administration and evangelical religious leaders, and he has even found common ground on some issues with conservative groups like the Southern Baptist Convention and the National Association of Evangelicals.
But even though Obama may have won over some religious leaders, hes losing the battle to win over their congregants.
Though several moderate to conservative evangelical pastors support the president, polls show that a significant percentage of conservative Christians remain skeptical about Obamas sincerity when it comes to the values that he says they share, and many say they doubt his faith.

I am thinking he may be a Witch. Makes sense.
A dollar short and a year late, politico morons.
I’m sorry but I don’t believe that you can truly be a Christian if you would vote for this abortion cheerleader.
“Im sorry but I dont believe that you can truly be a Christian if you would vote for this abortion cheerleader.”
Don’t be sorry in speaking the TRUTH.
Everything about Obama is UNCHRISTIAN.
He’s a warlock. Like Paul Lynde in “Bewitched”. Except Lynde had a sense of humor, a personality, was witty, was smart and was a human being in real life!
How could you support this baby killer?
I ain’t votin’ for him again. I didn’t get my Obama-money. How am I supposed to pay for my car?
So what's the test?
You dunk them in water for how long?
They thought he was The One, now they are realizing he is just a Zero.
He surrounds himself with flying monkeys????

Sorry, I limit my faith to God.
I never had much use for humanism.
Calling Dr. Bombay! But seriously. I think he may be a Witch. Look at his appontments. Kagan, Napolitano, Sebellius, etc. Line them up. They are real Witches.
Do you think he might be a Witch? You know there are a lot of them around nowadays. Real ones.
I don't believe the NAE ever has endorsed gay marriage. I don't know what they are talking about.
