2010 is gone for Democrats By: Roger Simon September 14, 2010 04:48 AM EDT

2010 Is ‘Gone,’ Says Big-Time Dem

“He cannot save 2010,” the big-time Democrat is saying of Barack Obama. “It is gone. He must now concentrate on saving 2012. But the biggest fear of some of those close to him is that he might not really want to go on in 2012, that he might not really care.”

In my experience, the big-time Democrat has hardly ever been wrong. He does not dislike President Obama. On the contrary, like most big-time Democrats, he worked hard for his election in 2008 and would much rather see Democrats hold onto Congress this Nov. 2 than lose.

He just doesn’t think it’s going to happen. A few months ago, he told me Democrats could win the House in a squeaker and also retain the Senate. We talked again a few days ago, and things had changed.

“There is going to be a total wipeout, and it is totally going to be in Obama’s lap,” he said. “He should drop plans for Congress and plan for Nov. 3 and what he does next.”

You cannot govern in defiance of the will of the strong majority of the American people and expect to retain power. Something that should be stunningly obvious - but, then again, to be a liberal is to live in denial of logic, reason, facts and history...

I also heard Rassmussen say it is over. Maybe so. Only the Republicans can beat the Republicans now.

I wish they were gone 2 years ago. In some ways, it seems too late.

- They stole our Health Insurance (literally)

- They stole General Motors from the shareholders and paid off their union thugs

- They have run up so much debt that I believe our nation will soon suffer an economic apoctolyptic meltdown of biblical proportions

- They have propped up corrupt banks, enriching themselves (see Maxine Waters), while the public is stuck with a massive bill it cannot pay

- They have cracked down on religion and speech in the form of new "hate crimes" laws, while promoting sodomy, abortion, and murder

- They have spit on our allies (including Israel), and bowed to dictators and America's enemies

Our nation is on the path to ruin.

I pray that somehow this ocean liner can be turned around, but I have my doubts.

You had to mention their one big hope.

He has already said that he would rather be a one term President and do what he wants rather than play by the rules and go for two.

Obama, Pelosi, Reid, threw their entire party under the bus.

Remember Pelosi promising the Dems that if they vote for Obamacare it will not effect their future?

Dems couldn’t care less even about their own kind.

Don’t buy it. They want to lessen the intensity and make fewer angry voters show up at the polls in November 2010. Every Democrat saved for Congress and state elected positions can help Obama send the country further down the socialistic tubes. Plus it doesn’t matter what Obama wants in 2012. He is not financing or running this show anyway.

All I see and hear is Republican and Conservatives tearing each other apart already. Everybody is already claiming victory and other groups claiming responsibility for this big Victory.

It could be a really ugly November.

Random thoughts:

-As good as things sound politically right now, conservatives should take absolutely nothing for granted until AFTER the elections. Even then, it may be necessary to stay in fight mode, as you can bet your sweet bippy there will be recounts in case of squeaker losses.

-If the GOP takes only one chamber, I would prefer it to be the House. That rids us of Pelosi as Speaker, and gives the GOP the purse strings.

-Control of the Senate would be great, but with Graham, Snowe, Collins, etc. there will still be plenty of folks who will play ball on things like Cap and Trade, etc. I trust the House more than the Senate to stick to their guns, so to speak.

-I would not be surprised if Obama “doesn’t care” about 2012, at least compared to previous presidents. He’s gotten much of his agenda passed already. And he knows that it is much harder to repeal a federal program than to pass it.

“Its all Wall Street’s fault”

Wall street is filled with Democratic Fascists from top to bottom. Why should we pretend otherwise?

Short of repealing, the GOP can effectively starve things like Bummercare if it gets Congress.

Yes the Republicans will more than like scored big this November, but will the ‘DemonRATS’ learn anything? Just read from this article:

And how is the president feeling about all this these days? I asked.

“I think he gets frustrated at how hard it has been to communicate his successes,” he said. “Big or small, nothing is penetrating.”

And

“I mean, they’ve got an incredible record to run on, and I’m very proud of what they’ve done,” he said. “And when you contrast that with what the previous Republican-controlled Congress had done, that’s a pretty favorable comparison to make for Democrats.”

Or

” I’m more concerned about really fine public servants who’ve been in the line of fire and done really good work,” he said. “I want to see if we can get them back here.”

They refuse to see that they have brought, supported and passed an agenda that the American People have rejected. They still feel that they know best and any defeat will be because of as stated in the article: “Because after years of hyperpartisanship” not because the People reject the Democrats agenda.

I have posted this before and I will keep posting it because I know in my heart that I am right about this, to many think that the upcoming November elections are going to reset everything. And I that NO matter how bad November is for the Democrats you can bet that ‘Zero’ and the Democrats will not only press on their agenda but DOUBLE Down on it!

I don’t believe that the November elections will immediately change a thing! The Washington creatures both Democrat and RINO still believe that they know best and will act accordingly.

Even if there is the BIGGEST turnover in history this November the Obama/Pelosi/Reid are such a pack of narcissist that they will come back during the ‘lame duck’ session and pass every far left-wing bill they can think of!They will burn the house down before they surrender it!

Even after the ‘lame’ duck session you will see the the greatest attempt by any President in our history to rule by executive order! ‘Zero’ KNOWS BEST what is good for us and he will act accordingly. No mere election won by a bunch of peasents or as ‘Zero’ discribe us: “And it’s not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.” To ‘Zero’ such a election will hold no meaning and only be the ‘peasents acting out’ and he knows what is best for those ‘bitter clingers’ and he will do it to save them from themselves!

If anyone thinks that a big loss in November will make one iota of difference in Obama and the ‘Demonrats’ leftist agenda you need to seek professional help immediately, because I assure you that the sounds you will hear coming from them after such a lost will not be the ‘wailing and nashing of teeth’ it will be the notes of El Degüello.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKD5TgHWyxM

IMHO the November elections will NOT provide the immediate relief we think, but will instead bring us to what I call a National ‘Battle of Athens’ moment ( http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~tnnews/kns001.htm )A time in which it will require action to secure our vote and save the Republic.

The October surprise will probably look like Barack Obama stepping in wet pumpkin pulp and landing on his fanny and cracking his head.

The idea isn’t to “reform” the Rats but to block and starve them. THAT is eminently doable.
