I never connected with Crist (he’s my Governor, although he doesn’t seem to do that job anymore), even when the Heritage Foundation (or the Cato Institute) pumped his early economic record — later he became more liberal and then started hugging Obama and chickening out of tough primaries. The fake bake tan and vague homosexual/metrosexual vibe always turned me off.
What’s hilarious is that once he realized he was down in the polls against Rubio, he should have graciously stepped aside, endorsed Rubio, and then ran in 2012 against Nelson. I mean, it’s only 2 years away does he need to go to the Senate that damn bad?
