Just obtained this letter from Justice Department Inspector General Glenn Fine to members of Congress informing them that he will open up a review of the Obama administration’s selective enforcement of civil rights laws by the Voting Section office of DOJ.
Big news. Good news. Fine is a veteran IG whose meticulous work I cited in-depth in Invasion. You know how the Obama bully boys have treated IGs. Prayers for Fine would be most appropriate.
1) Proof of commission of high crimes or misdemeanors. We have that here.
2) An extremely unpopular president. After the crimes are revealed and proved, we will have this aspect also.
Well, it is certainly not his Schwanzstucker!
I just spoke to a federal agent about this. His take is that the OIG can investigate as requested by a member of congress but the US AG or any deputy has discretion on which cases they want to prosecute. He said that should it come down to Holder’s intentions behind ignoring the case (racism) that would require the appointment of a special prosecutor to pursue.
After SB 1070 passed, there was a news story about how Rhode Island had a similar law. In fact, many states have similar laws, but only Arizona is being attacked for it. The feds know they can’t go out and sue multiple states without looking foolish, so Arizona is the scapegoat. But if they succeed with Arizona, they’ll go after the other states, who will quickly cave.
Come election time when liberals are at the polling stations handing out Dummy voter guides, be sure to ask for as many as possible and dump them in the trash before waling into the voting booth. I use them to vote against anyone they’re guiding you towards but never refuse one in hopes that they’ll run out of them.

Thanks for the link to that article. It was published during the time we were moving and I wasn’t on the computer then. I am praying we can make a dent in some of the corruption going on in govt. after the next election, but even if we have investigative hearings these are the type of people that will lie under oath and not lose a wink of sleep knowing they will be protected—even rewarded—for covering up the truth.
