Reading Obama’s speech, I noticed his repetitive use of the phrase, “I am my brother’s keeper; I am my sister’s keeper.”
I’m curious as to his meaning and etymology of phrase as he has used it on several occasions on the campaign trail.

Actually, they weren’t believers of just any religion. They were believers of Islam. AND, they weren’t perverting Islam. Jihad does not call for the peaceful conversion of non-believers.
