Actually, upon inspection, he couldn't handle a law lecturer's job, nor a community organizer's job, nor a state senator's job, nor a U.S. Senator's job.
He quit every job he ever had before he accomplished a damn thing in any of them.
Now, he's proving incompetent in the President's job. Why should the Mayor's job be any different?
