Ever notice how the word "progressive" in any context essentially means "anti-"? A progressive Christian is an anti-Christian. A progressive democrat is anti-democracy. A progressive Catholic is an anti-Catholic. And so on, and so on. Once this is understood things begin to make more sense.
In that case, I am a progressive progressive.
“Treason” is a word that belongs in that sentence as well.
