I'm sure the President's BR has sprinklers. Along with the rest of the building. It's too much of a tinderbox not to be so equipped.
A quick google on that turns up a nationwide recall of Omega sprinklers, ordered by the CPSC. They were installed in the WH, among many other state and federal properties.
