John Hall’s old band threatens to sue Young Voters!
Young Voters for an Orleans Reunion Tour ^ | 9/9/10 | youngvoters

In a truly inexplicable twist of fate, it now appears that the Young Voters for an Orleans Reunion Tour might be sued by the very band they’re trying to reunite! Michael Knowles, founder of the Young Voters, received a letter today demanding that he remove the website. Read for yourself below: Just to clear a few things up: the Young Voters are in no way using any images, trademarks, or copyrighted material owned by the rock band, Orleans. The Young Voters merchandise–which itself contains no images, trademarks, or copyrighted material owned by the rock band, Orleans–is sold online at cost and produces no profit for Michael Knowles or the Young Voters. These charges are patently absurd.

More importantly, however, we are in no way disparaging our favorite band–we’re trying to reunite them! Why is Orleans worryied about the non-existent profit generated by Young Voters merchandise when they could generate untold sums of money by simply reuniting with John Hall?

WOW! Apparently, Rep. Hall's former colleagues are bigger attention whores than the Rev. Terry Jones.

Good, maybe the little dirtbags may understand there is no free lunch in the music business.People have no clue what it cost to do a major record or a hit single.

LOL!

http://www.orleansreuniontour.com/
“”Well, we’re here to tell John Hall, Patrick McGarrity, and all the members of Orleans that we will not be silenced! Our calls to hear Sails and Still The One performed with their original harmonic beauty will not be quieted by the oppression of a soft-rock band or a congressman who has voted with Nancy Pelosi 98% of the time. If you stand with the Young Voters, please write a letter, send an email, or make a phone call to Congressman John Hall (D-NY) at 202.225.5441 and ask him to call off his former (and hopefully soon-to-be future) band mates! Hopefully he’ll defend the First Amendment more resolutely than he’s defended the Second.

John Hall meets with impeached sax player

In what we can only hope are extremely high-level talks regarding a future tour, Rep. John Hall (D-NY) is slated to meet with impeached saxophone player, Bill Clinton.

I am in support of Nan Hayworth. Our state has been destroyed by the left and RINO’s. I’d like to know about Dr. Hayworth’s opinion about NY being a sanctuary state. Towns and cities are being destroyed by illegals and nothing is being done. Also, we have to do something about Disability ripoffs nation wide. In NYS, disability is being given out to alcohol addicts and other drug addicts; this has got to stop. I realize this is all on the state level but electing true Conservatives to office is a start. I don’t want Dr. Nan Hayworth to be another Pataki. His green Bull$hit destroyed this state.
