I will keep telling that the hatred Islam has for Jews and Christians goes back to the time that Abraham outed from his tent maidservant Haggar and her son Ishmaiel by Abraham. The rival in Abraham’s tent was his wife Sahra with son Issach by Abraham. Mohammed arises from Haggar. David and Jesus arise from Sahra. Mohammed wanted his lineage to be the only true path to Allah(not the God of David) through Abraham. The disparity of birthrights is too deep to reconcile today even if some Christian pastors try very much to do so.
Remember, too, that not only was Hagar a slave woman, and not only was Abraham's getting Ishmael on her an act of doubt of God's promise of posterity out of Sarah; but also Hagar was in the first place a woman of Egypt, not a Jewish woman: Jews were not allowed to buy other Jews as slaves.
Of course this was before the first five books of the Old Testament were written. But it seems to have been the custom already.
