There are two copies on eBay now. Bids on one have run up to $300 with two days to go. Three copies have already sold for $200-300.
I see a copy for sale, but it is shown as a ‘Trade Book’ Got any idea what this trade book is? Is it an original 1st issue. I’d like to own a copy of this. Or, I guess I could read it on kindle.
