I don’t understand this or the Drudge item, is the charge being made that he is now using the teleprompter to answer questions or just his normal speech/remarks giving? If he is now using it just to answer questions that brings it to a whole level worse.
The TOTUS was used during opening remarks. I haven’t seen evidence it was used during Q & A.
