For whatever else she may be, she’s a brilliant, strong willed business executive. She ran a fabulous campaign, and has made almost zero mistakes. In a word, she is competent. It’s just possible, she’s a lot more substantial than a lot of FReepers are prepared to consider.

I beg to differ with your assessment, and your conclusions. She was not a "brilliant business executive", just ask the ebayers or look at her record with Skype or her history at FTD, or a long list of other missteps. She ran an expensive campaign but has made many mistakes. Now they won't even let her out without adult supervision.

Put that together with her total lack of civic participation (not voting, no involvement in government, etc) and I'd say she's not competent to be dog catcher. And since she has the same puppet-master handlers and backers that gave us Arnold, I'm sure she will disappoint.

So, what is the alternative? I am sure Moonbeam will not disappoint HIS backers, the unions. Look what he did last time he was in office.

And if you are among the "let CA crash and burn so the Dems get the blame", then count me out. I live here and I will be d*mned if I will let my house burn down around me. I am voting for Meg and Strickland and Dunn and pray for the best.
