IMHO, Sharia law, since it advocates putting in place, through violence if necessary, a governmental model that is diametrically opposed to ours, should be outlawed.

There’s freedom of speech and then there’s overthrow of the US government.

Agreed.
I'm against the book burning - but any 'philosophy/way of life/cult' based on the koran/hadith should not be covered by the First Amendment. The Brits in the mid-1800s did not condone the practice of the Thuggee 'religion', and civilizations that desire to survive should not condone a religion based on the koran/hadith. These books exhort its followers to overthrow and destroy those that don't join their club...

You know, that’s a good point. The Constitution does not endorse its own destruction. Not even if the attacker cloaks itself in the guise of a religion.
