Something is feeding that fire. It looks like a blowtorch, like something is feeding it under pressure.

Unless it was a tanker, fuel from an airplane would have been burned up already.

I think it's a gas main. Why no one has figured it out is beyond me.

Looks like a burning gas main to me, that continuous roaring orange flame.
