Dingle-Harry’s “best gun range in the country” was an underused, overfunded ($61 million-with-an-M) bribe to Clark County. It’s currently losing money and isn’t projected to recoup its cost until around 2020 — by which time the State Reptile should be resting uncomfortably far, far under the desert.
