GAINESVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- FBI agents visited Thursday with a minister of a small Florida church that plans to burn the Quran on Sept. 11, as public safety became a paramount concern and President Barack Obama added his voice to the chorus of opposition.
Elsewhere, hundreds of angry Afghans burned an American flag and chanted "Death to the Christians" to protest the planned burning of Islam's holiest text.

That's asking allot since half the problem here is the guys grey matter has disconnects. I am hoping this guy has gotten some wise advisors by now...who though support what he is doing, understand the guy has marbles rolling up there in his head.
They should be READING the Koran instead.
The Koran promotes UNLAWFUL actions and practices.

Of course they did. It’s using govt authority illegally to intimidate, and prevent, citizens from protesting islamic jihad. It’s a darn good thing this preacher has a clean background. He would be in jail already. Still might wind up there before this thing is over.

Gainesville police checked the identification and recorded license plates of everyone entering the church grounds.One way to curtail First Amendment activity: put lots of un-asked-for police there, and send a huge bill -- essentially a huge fine. And record the identities of parishioners so that if the church refuses to pay, you can bill and harass the parishioners....
Gainesville city police and the Alachua County sheriff's office will both bill Dove World for additional police services Saturday.
"We will be sending an invoice for costs associated with activities planned by the Dove Center," said Bob Woods, spokesman for Gainesville City Manager Gene Blackburn.
Woods declined to estimate how much additional police presence will cost the city but said it will probably be in the "tens of thousands" of dollars.
Then take the confetti, mix it with pig manure, and use it to fertilize the shrubbery.

The FBI agents should be hauled in front of a judge and have their badges taken away from them.
Burn the damn thing in pig fat.
However, the first amendment doesn't say "freedom of speech unless the government don't like it"...
So if he wants to burn it then its his right.

It is against the Ten Commandments to take a life, Will the Muslim world honor that. Even the idea of burning a Quron triggers riots that causes deaths. Sorry, I’m fed up with people chanting death to America. If America ever decides to chant death to Islam, then the world will see billions of deaths. The madness started when Islam decided to confront the west. It’s on the Islamicists to compromise and stop this. Not another inch of give. I’ve stopped giving to any charity that does work in the mideast. Get your house in order, then be a good neighbor. But stay off my lawn.
