Few and far in-between that Muslims convert.. and it will remain as that. Are they speaking out against Islam? Are they standing up for Christians and Christianity? Where are they? Are they openly supporting the USA and denouncing Islam publicly? Are they? Few would be saying alot.

Check out the Crescent Project and Voice of the Martyrs. The Church is growing in Islamic countries, but it would be suicidal for them to openly support the USA or denounce Islam and I wouldn't expect them to do either. They are persecuted enough as it is. What they are doing is living as disciples Jesus and sharing that with others as the Lord gives them opportunity.
